Metro Directions
Orange line to Ballston. Walk towards the Ballston Mall and through the outdoor walkway to Glebe Road. Turn left onto Glebe Road and cross at the light on Randolph or Henderson Road. Front entrance for Hyde Park Tower is on Henderson. Tell the front desk you are going to Hand-N-Hand on Plaza 8.
Walking Directions
Ballston Metro to Hand-N-Hand Therapy, LLC
 Up the stairs and out of metro station
Inside doors, walking on brick floor
Walkway to the right and up stairs at the end of hallway
Follow hallway to 1st “skywalk”
Back inside, hallway to the right through the NSF
Outside to 2nd “skywalk”
Enter mall on 2nd floor
Left to escalators
Down and right toward Macys
Macys left, through perfume/makeup and purses to Glebe exit
Left onto Glebe Rd and follow sidewalk toward Mercedes-Benz dealership
Cross at Harris Teeter
Left again to the end of the block
Right onto Henderson Rd
Follow sidewalk until building entrance on right
Parking
There is 2 hour free parking along Henderson Road, in front of Hyde Park, but
DO NOT park in the tow away zone for The Gates of Ballston Apartments. Parking is also free to our clients in the parking garage beneath Hyde Park Tower. The garage entrance is on the southbound lane side of Glebe Road, across from the Mercedes Dealership. A key pad at the garage entrance permits access by using the arrow key for Hand-N-Hand Therapy and pressing the "call" button. After entering, please park
anywhere on the first level.
Accessibility
The Henderson Road entrance is wheelchair accessible. The parking garage requires the management of 2 small sets of stairs, but it does have a railing. We do have a transport wheelchair, so please call ahead if assistance is needed.
