Pilates / Core Work?
People of all ages and abilities can benefit from Core Work. The sessions provide a balanced workout for all muscle groups – toning, stretching and strengthening in all planes of movement. Pilates exercises can be integrated into rehabilitation to speed the recovery of soft tissue injuries. Because sessions are done one on one with a teacher or in small groups, the sessions are tailored to each participant’s specific needs. Pilates, or Core Work can be utilized in rehabilitation for patients with:
