What Is Movement Work?
The way you move can directly influence your pain, resulting in imbalances in your body. Movement work is a necessary component for the resolution of these imbalances. To emphasize this point we like to suggest that “movement is medicine”.
We focus on the whole of you, providing interventions for neurologic, orthopedic, postural, lymphatic and breath dysfunctions. Our movement interventions include, but are not limited to the following:
