Our appointment times range from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Later or earlier appointment times will be considered on an as-needed basis.

In line  with the recent No Surprises Act, we are required to provide our fees and a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for your care if you are NOT currently covered by Medicare or Tricare beginning in 2022. 

This No Surprises Act is to eliminate any surprise billing that has been seen to occur in some hospitals and larger clinics whereupon  a NON-participating provider may jump in on a case that is being handled within a participating team of providers, resulting in an unexpected increase in the out-of-pocket expense.
